My Approach

I work as part of a compassionate community of embodied ceremonialists and coaches who are dedicated to holding space with purpose and clarity. Collaboration and curiosity motivate how I work. My process is simple, thoughtful, and designed with your intentions in mind. I believe that your greatest new existence emerges from clear action, open collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose.

1-on-1 Coaching

A profound process to uncover and break through the unconscious blocks standing between you and your greatest potential.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Weekly sessions recommended. In rounds of 10-sessions, this series gives us the time and rhythm needed to surface patterns that have been running quietly in the background of your life, and to begin shifting them.

  • Ten hours of individualized, one-on-one attention. A deep dive into the beliefs and habits that are keeping you from living your most authentic life today, right now, and designing activities to meet your specific needs.

  • Building on what we uncover together, I’ll help you take concrete steps to bridge who you are now with the future self you are becoming.

Online Dream Classes

A living practice in conscious dreaming that is learned, shared, and carried forward by a growing community. All dreamers welcome whether you remember your dreams or not!
